Our rye pale ale has a bold hop bitterness with floral aroma from Columbus, Cascade and Centennial hops. The rye and Crystal rye malts give a unique bready dryness that accentuates the spicy/citrusy hop finish.

Jailhouse Java Coffee Stout

India Black Ale
Dark with aromas of pine and a hint of roasted malt. Brewed with Magnum, Columbus, Amarillo, Simcoe and Cascade hops and dry hopped with Simcoe hops. High hop bitterness and flavor with a subdued chocolate and roasted malt character.
Big Yard Belgian Blonde
Our Belgian Blonde is sweet with a low hop bitterness and flavor. It has a spicy fruitiness from a special Belgian yeast strain and a bit of alcohol warmth in the finish. ABV= 8.3%

Oak Aged Warden's Winter Ale

E.S.B. Extra Special Bitter
An English style ale brewed with Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops along with a European yeast strain. This combination gives the beer a subtle hoppiness along with a disinct malty sweetness and complex fruitiness.

Landwehr Milk Stout
Named for the Landwehr family who originally owned and operated a dairy in our current location. Our milk stout is smooth and dark in color. It is roasted with malty, flavorful hints of chocolate and has a sweet finish from the milk sugar.
